How much does an artist impression or 3D visualisation cost?

All prices exclude VAT. Two revision rounds per image are included and the average turnaround is about two weeks.
What determines the price?
- Complexity and scale. A detached house takes less time than an apartment complex with all its surroundings.
- Number of images from the same model. We build the 3D model once, so every extra image costs less. From twenty images you get a volume discount.
- Surroundings. A street view with existing buildings or an aerial view takes more modelling.
- Supplied material. If your architect already has a 3D model, for example from Revit, ArchiCAD or SketchUp, that saves time and money.
- Schedule. If you need it faster than usual, that is possible at a rush surcharge.
Combining is better value
All services come from the same 3D model. Combine them and you only pay for the model once. Think of artist impressions with a walkthrough film, or a complete package including a 360° virtual tour. We are happy to put together a package that fits your project and budget.
How do our prices compare to the market?
A professional exterior artist impression in the Netherlands and Belgium usually costs between €500 and €2,500 per image, depending on the studio and the project. Our starting prices sit just below that. Photorealistic quality, one point of contact and two revision rounds are always included.
